Local Government Yorkshire and Humber (LGYH) is the partnership of local authorities, including Police and Crime Commissioners, fire and national park authorities. It brings local authorities together on key issues, supports the improvement of service delivery, lobbies Government on the future of local government, promotes good employment practices, and works with local authorities to improve the public perception of local government.

Service Transformation in the North - In June 2014, NLGN and its partners convened a workshop  to discuss how councils in the North were integrating and transforming their public services. This paper summarises the discussion. More information here.
