Local Government Pay and Workforce Strategy Survey
The Pay and Workforce Strategy Survey combines three previous surveys: People Skills Scoreboard, Recruitment and Retention and Skills Gaps Survey, and the People Management Survey. The survey is conducted by Local Government Analysis and Research (LGAR) on behalf of LGE and IDeA, and supports implementation of the Pay and Workforce Strategy.
