APPG cross party letter on the transfer of rolling stock from Yorkshire and Humber

The APPG Chairs called for an urgent meeting of the Group in March 2014 to discuss how they should best be responding, on a collective, cross-Party basis, to the plans for nine TransPennine Express rail carriages, from rail routes in the North, to be transferred to Chiltern Railways’ London-to-Oxfordshire lines. Following the session a joint letter was submitted to the Transport Minister, Rt Hon Patrick McLoughlin, attached below.
