Making A Difference Awards 2010 - Shortlist Announced
The shortlist has now been announced for the fifth annual 'Making A Difference Awards'. Thw awards are hosted by Local Government Yorkshire and Humber and celebrate those local authorities who have gone that extra mile and 'made a difference'. This year we received over 150 entries and the quality was very high. The awards are judged by an independent panel of representatives from local government, regional and national organisations as well as many people from the public sector. This year they reported that the quality was extremely high and to be shortlisted was a great achievement.
The Awards will be announced on Thursday 25th November 2010 at the Magna Science and Adventure Park, Rotherham.
To find out which of the region's local authorities have been shortlisted, please see below.
