The table has live links to research reports and further information and has been created to raise awareness and reduce duplication of commissioned research projects. Ecotec Effective Demand Study

Four housing papers covering a number of topics have been produced by Ecotec to support the work that would have led to the development of the integrated Regional Strategy. As part of this work Ecotec have also produced three housing demand scenarios based on rapid growth, steady growth and continued decline.

This work covers issues such as house building and land supply, relevant financial and fiscal policy, employment growth and the residential property market; and the demand for non-market housing.
