Regional Housing Board funding

One of the key tasks of the Regional Housing Board is to advise Ministers on how to distribute the Single Regional Housing Pot. For the 2008-20011 investment round the RHB decided that:

  • It would continue with a sub-regional ‘commissioning’ approach; and
  • It would use the headings of Places, Access and Homes that were identified in the Regional Funding Allocations submission.

The Assembly issued guidance to sub-regional housing partnerships to assist them in producing programmes that are strategy-led and directed by the Regional Housing Strategy priorities. The guidance and associated templates will ensure that each housing partnership produces a good quality and comparable programme.

The final advice to Government was submitted in July 2007 in the document "Delivering Real Change". You can download your copy of this from the link below.
