LGYH Leaders' Board consultation

Following new legislation in the form of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009, LGYH has consulted with its membership and wider stakeholders on a formal “Scheme” for the LGYH Leaders’ Board, in order to put it on a new, statutory footing. 

You can download the LGYH Leaders’ Board Scheme below which, following consultation, has been submitted to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government for approval. Also available below is summary of the submissions received as part of the consultation exercise and details the actions taken in response.
