LGYH Leaders' Board consultation
Following new legislation in the form of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009, LGYH has consulted with its membership and wider stakeholders on a formal “Scheme” for the LGYH Leaders’ Board, in order to put it on a new, statutory footing.
You can download the LGYH Leaders’ Board Scheme below which, following consultation, has been submitted to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government for approval.
